I photographed this peregrine falcon recently at the Outdoor Discovery Center in Holland, Michigan. I highly recommend taking the time to visit there if you are in the area.

Amazing birds! Nice photo! In the late eighties, I was a little short while in the “projects peregrine falcon.” This means that these birds, in comparison with other birds, it means something special to me.

Great photo. Very crisp and vivid. Gives us a chance to look at this species in detail.

“crisp” — gret clarity. i’ve been seein’ more than usual “birds of prey” recently, but rarely know what is which is how is who. well, I CAN tell the mature bald eagles! and ospreys, but hawks and falcons? i’ll refer to your pixure to try to “get this one down”
