Shore of Paradise

This is another area I would love to photograph again. The Grand Sable Banks located along Lake Superior shores in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The banks rise 300 feet on a steep 35 degree angle along the beautiful waters of the lake.


  1. Spectacular looking terrain! The angle makes it look almost man-made except for the enormous scale of the place. Most naturally formed landscapes are more uneven – this is really strange.
